Refer A Case
Pawsitive Relief is a trading name of Chapel Fell Veterinary Services. We offer a complementary service to your clients and truly value your referral.
Every client seen by the practice will be seen for a full veterinary review prior to any treatment plan instigation and will receive regular veterinary consultations to review their progress or make treatment protocol changes as necessary. You will receive a full referral letter detailing the treatment plan for your client's pet after their initial consultation followed by a treatment update after every veterinary review or whenever our treatment recommendations are altered to ensure you are always up to date. Should you ever wish to discuss your patients treatment regime then we are happy to discuss case recommendations at any point in their treatment. We will also respond to queries outside of our conventional opening hours should you need case advice regarding a mutual client urgently. Please direct these queries via email in the first instance with the title *Urgent Rehabilitation Enquiry*.
As we are able to offer a complete rehabilitation service, on-site, we are able to reduce the financial and time commitment for your client when it comes to a successful rehabilitation programme.
The Pawsitive Relief clinic is run by veterinary surgeons and every case is overseen by a vet. As a result you can feel confident that your patient is receiving safe, current, evidence based treatment protocols, prescribed by professionals who truly understand the pathogenesis of the conditions they are treating.
If you have a client you would like to refer then please fill out the referral form below and return it to pawsitiverelief@chapelfellvets.com along with a full patient history, any laboratory work you have undertaken and any imaging your patient has had. We will then contact the client directly to arrange a consultation. If you have a patient undergoing a planned surgery such as a TPLO and would like to book them in for a rehabilitation programme please indicate the proposed surgery date in your referral form.
If you wish to discuss a case please contact us by email in the first instance and indicate times when receiving a call would be most convenient. We are happy to discuss cases by email should this be more convenient.
